Refund policy
Our customized model kit parts are intended for intermediate and advanced users who have prior experience with Megami Device model kits. While we provide clear instructions, beginner users may encounter difficulties in the assembly process.
Before making a purchase, please review the instructional video linked on each product page to ensure you understand the assembly requirements.
Important Policy Information:
- Our products include custom parts and accessories only.
- You must purchase the original Megami Device model kit separately to complete the full model as shown in display images.
- We are not responsible for compatibility issues resulting from improper use or modifications beyond the intended design.
By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
All sales are final. Due to the nature of this product is customized model kit item, no returns or exchanges will be accepted once purchased. Please carefully review your order before completing your purchase. This policy is in accordance with California Civil Code Section 1723.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please make sure to included the photo of the product you received as well. If the damage is caused by user who cut or remove the parts incorrectly, it will be user's own responsible.  Customers are encouraged to contact us directly so we can work closely with them to find the best resolution.Â
Whether a product needs to be shipped back to us will be determined on a case-by-case basis.  In cases where a return is necessary, we will provide clear instructions and, when applicable, return shipping details.  We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.Â

At CreatorSolo, we work closely with independent creators to bring you unique products. While we strive to ensure timely delivery and product availability, there may be situations where a refund is required.
Eligible Refund Situations
A full refund will be issued under the following conditions in pre-order status:

Creator Discontinuation

If the creator decides to discontinue or cancel the item for any reason, your order will be automatically refunded in full.

Extended Production Delay

If the creator cannot complete the product and the shipping is delayed over 45 days past the estimated shipping date, you will be eligible for a refund if you decide not to wait.

Important Notice: Elimination of De Minimis Exemption
Due to recent changes in customs regulations, the De Minimis Exemption has been eliminated. As a result:

Pre-order item prices may increase to account for additional import duties and fees.

Estimated shipping times may experience delays as orders go through extended customs clearance.
